Years ago, didn't want to eat "diddly squat" on their own in the beginning. After a long while of trial and error with just about everything in my arsenal, I had to finally resort to force feeding a few small newborn Anole meals, and some egg mixture now and again to keep them alive until the feeding response "switch" was flicked on, and they fed voluntarily. Finally one day, the pinkie I placed in each one's enclosure was finally taken,.......I was one happy camper after that, and they were extremely voracious about eating from then on. It's funny about snakes......it seems once a feeding response finally registers in a neonate snake's tiny head, it's usually set in stone from then on!.....it just usually has to be triggered by a certain specific scent cue of sorts.
Of course, as you know,.....all snake's are individuals, and you could be fortunate enough to have all(or most)of them feed right from the start.
Whatever the case, I'm sure you'll deal with it just fine, as problem feeders from time to time are nothing new for someone with your experience to deal with.
Again, best of luck with those white "things"!
