I have a little story to tell, so that there will never again be any confusion about our " Locality Specific " Guyana/Surinames. Fifteen years ago, a buddy of mine from Europe " Hans Fullasheetz " called me from his satellite phone, while he was flying over the Pokigron Region of Suriname around the area of the " Brokopondo Dam. " We were having a great conversation about the native wildlife and the natural beauty of the native women, when suddenly his pilot fell asleep " after he had way to many warm beers " and the plane went down and I could hear my dear friend Hans screaming in terror in the background! I was scared for Hans and the conversation fell silent, when suddenly I heard him say; " My God John, I have never seen such beauty in my life!!! " What on earth could have distracted him so much from a near death experiance? Hans, suddenly said; " John, this Pokigron region of Suriname has the most beautiful of all the Boas in any other region of Suriname! Most of these Boas are so magnificent, that they have trails of diamonds leading from behind their cloaca's!!!! " I was in awe and could only wish, that I could be there to share this experiance with my dear friend Hans, " like the time we got in a fight with some young practicing Alcoholics at the Hank Williams Jr concert. " I informed my friend Hans that; " The Native Indians have been traveling through hundreds of miles of primary Rainforest from Paramaribo to Pokigron for years to collect Surinames for fifty cents a piece for their American Collectors that they cherished their business from. " However, Hans told me with much excitement; " These were different and absolutely the best! " To make a long story short; " Hans brought me some of those Boas back and sure enough, the first litter that they had were all solid gold and diamond crusted babies, that went for a premium! " Ever since, I have made many travels to the Pokigron Region " as this picture shows you " and just recently, a young native child showed me were a new population of Silver Plated Pokigrons were to be found! " As far as my friend " Hans Fullasheetz " he passed away after a wild night with some locals in Georgetown Guyana a few years back and I really miss the Bloke; " I told him not to put that 55ft Anaconda in the trunk of the Volkswagon with the Cerveza! " All the credit, of course should go to Hans for this find and because of Hans; " No Indians will have to travel through hundreds of miles of Primary Rainforest to this area again! " I just simply call my English friend " James Gregory Bond " and use his private plane, for whenever I am ready to go back and pic up a few more of these " Holy Grail of Boas. " Until next time my friends, Take Care and no that we invented the word " Specific. " Or is that Pacific? Let me grab my dictionary...............John J
