I've heard differnt time periods on the incubation of retic eggs. I've heard anywere from 75 to 90 days. Can anyone shed some light on this one for me. Thanks

I can't remember but I think Greg over at The Retic Ranch had Selayer Retic eggs go OVER 90 days. When he slit the eggs they looked like they could of gone a week or so longer!

84 days at 89 degrees.
it does depend on the temps you are incubating at,
if your temps are 89 then they should start cutting at about 84 days, but i can never wait and always end up cutting right at 80 to 81 days and they are usually poking thier heads out at me as i open them up, if you go down a degree it takes about a week more and if you go up a degree it takes about a week less, so depending on your temps those numbers you put out are right in the ball park, hope this helped. thanks JIM.....

My Selayers did take 96 days (one pipped I slit the rest) at 89 degrees while I had another clutch on the same shelf of that incubator that all hatched at 86 days on their own. I have another clutch that is on day 83 right now.
