sorry about that
My daughter says it looks either to be axanthic or a lesser platinum...she did ALOT of research on morphs for a school project...she got an A
unless its just the way the pic was taken it is an axanthic, it doesnt look like a lesser to me, the only pic that I wasnt sure of was the second one but its probably because it was blurry.
Your colourblindness isn't getting the best of you. That there is one very nice looking Axanthic. Congrats with the clutch there.

Phil Red Hernandez-
I looked at all three pics. It appears to be the same snake in all three.
The coloring appears to be Axanthic in pics 1 and 3. However, the pic in the middle shows a snake that appears more like a normal.
I'm wondering, is it possible that the flash in pics 1 and 3 washed out the color giving it the appearance of an Axanthic?

>>Phil Red Hernandez-
Looking back on those pics, previous post and some of my own snakes. I can see and understand what everyone is talking about here. I do remember reading about the blushing hets from last year. I was looking at one of my hold backs from last year as well and noticed how he looks lighter and lighter with every shed. He might turn out looking like his mother. She was given to me a couple years ago and I consider her a rescue. She was over 4 feet long and weighed less then 2000 grams, very aggressive and more than eager to eat when I tossed in a rat with her. Since then she's been eating extremely well and has calmed down so much.
Here is a pic of the female (mom). She is the larger grey-ish looking one in the pic.

Here is a pic of her son after hatching.

Now here is a recent pic of him next to a normal looking male.

It is rather interesting how much these snakes can vary in colour.

Phil Red Hernandez-
Not sure. I see yellow myself on it.
Looks like a normal/axanthic/bad picture snake.
I'm going to say no - although it does appear questionable in some of the photos - I'd attribute that more to bad photos (sorry) - even with a yellow light on my axanthic - it doesn't look that yellow. Wait until it sheds and then take some nice picts and we can re-evaluate if necessary.
Congrats on the clutch!!!

JET Pythons

Was the albino from the same clutch? About a year or so ago I remember steve from serpents Den posting about his het albinos when hatching all looked axanthic, as they grew in time the gained the yellow pigment, Im sure if you search it you can find the thread.
The blushing albinos or something like that. You could tell what where hets because of what they looked like when they hatched. After a few sheds, they looked normal.
This might be that line of albinos.
Yes, the albino is from the same clutch. There is one more baby still in the egg that looks like the snake in question, and the other sibling looks completely normal. The camera flash does wash the snake out some. To my eye, it looks like a very pale gray/brown mix. I did consider the idea that these two were hets, but I wasn't sure if there was anything to this theory. The parents came from Bob Clark.
they will throw nice hets and nice albinos.so if you need more stock.....keep these......they are sweet alot of times.....

......
that's what I hatched from albinos and hets......I had one that was a screamer axanthic but it was really just a blushing het..I also hatched 3 that looked like Jolliff snows from same hets(all related).......
it will turn colors in a few sheds to a few months..
unless they were all het for axanthic and you didn't know it.
all you can do is keep it for awhile......
good luck.........(Steven at the Serpents' Den hatched a bunch of them too and he posted alot of pics last year.).....

Looks like you got a double het.
Trying for the 1 in 16?
I think you may be on the right track for snow.
