deli cups with lids on and one pencil sized hole in center of lid.......place 1/2 inch or so of apple cider vinegar in it and place them around the room......I shiggle them around every couple days to make the smell go out and about better.......fruit flies love them.......dump and clean after it evaporates a little,,.you'll notice when it'
s time.......
other traps......deli cup with one hole in lid and dead pink in it.......then runHOT water at very small stream into the little hole and kill them off........every couple days kill and add new rotten pinks....good way to utilize wasted non-eaten pinks.
as for forrid flies......same things may work........or for bait use a rotten stinky runny snake defecate,........
