Just put my eggs in a incubator on May 15th. How long before I should expect them to start hatching?
About 60 days when incubated in the low 80s.

Make sure you put an accurate thermometer in with the eggs on the incubating medium(vermiculite/perlite) where the eggs will actually be. It's safer to have the eggs in slight error on the cooler side of temps, than it is to let them get too warm. I like to go for a "target" temp of 81-82 degrees, if your temps reach about 85 or above, that could be asking for trouble, and result in some possible problems such as spinal kinks, and/or other birth defects, and of course much higher can even kill the embryos.
By the same token, eggs will safely hatch even in the mid-high seventies, they will just take longer to hatch,........so the bottom line here is a little cooler is a little safer.

I use the room temp method in the mid to high 70s 76-78 and last year it took 78-80 days.
