is it safe to put cotton in one of my leos hides

that is not a good idea...the leos could eat it and suffocate themselves or get impacted. best to not fill the hides with anything (except the humid hide).

Why would you want to put cotton in one of their hides? I don't see the point.

And my leos tend to shed while they're in the hide, and seeing how they eat their skin, they might end up swallowing some of the cotton too.
