i have had this uro for about a year and a half. his back has recently gone from a bright yellow to a foggy white. is he about to shed or is it something i should worry about. he hasnt shed since i got him but the people told me they only do it about once a year. any help would be great.

Sounds like he's probably just getting ready to shed. It can take them a while to get around to it.

ok good. when i went to pick him up to feed i looked at his back and what it normally yellow is now turning white.
