Her picture from August 2nd.

She's looking good! How's the battle with the MBD going? I'm sure she must be improving, but does it look like she'll have any lasting effects from it?

I'm still waiting to find out just how bad it will be for her (her vet appt. got pushed back a week when my doctor appt. the same morning ran 4 hours late). Her right front foot will, of course, remain crippled, as well as the toes on one of her hind feet. There is still a possibility she will lose several inches of her tail, though I was able to get the shed in the constricted area off finally. She's recently shed again. She's eating like a horse, loves fruit and pinkies, and her bowels/kidneys seem to be working normally, so I have high hopes for her. (I still don't actually know if it's a he or a she, but right now, I'm leaning toward she.)
What a difference a few weeks has made. You have done a wonderful job with her, I'm sure no matter what her disability she will have a wonderful life with you. You must be very proud of her, keep up the good work.

Thanks! I am proud of her. She's such a little trouper. Her cricket hunting skills are getting better, too, despite her foot problems.
That's great news! I know with the few iggies I rehabbed back in the late 80's/early 90's the results always ended up being pretty good. Good luck and keep up the great work!
