Like I said most keepers that I know have one or several. THEY RULE, and 25.00 is not much to achieve perfect temp readings in seconds !

I second that! It is WAY more important than another lizard right now. Besides, they are super FUN! You can use them for all kinds of things.

i think a temp gun is the single most important husbandry tool.

temps are so crucial to proper lizard setup, and being able to measure, adjust, and understand temps can help a keeper make huge strides in husbandry and success.

what most folks think is hot is really not. i have heard hundreds of keepers guess at lizard cage temps and say "it seems pretty hot". it is always way cooler than they think, and way out of a respectable achievement range. a 90F hot spot is just not going to cut it.

proper temps can make you or break you. a temp gun is a must have, and at $25, should be affordable to every keeper, seeing that the price of the animal, cage and long term care is significantly more.

no more disposable animals!
