Correct, although...it's a little bass-ackwards. Goldfish contain an enzyme called "Thiaminase" which destroys Thiamine (VitaminB1). Many fish contain this, so just minnows doesn't quite cut it. Crappie minnows are safe, although stay away from Bass minnows unless you're completely sure of the species.
