Three Brothers

dustyrhoads May 24, 2008 11:01 PM

These three, a Trumbower Axanthic Blonde (aka Silver Blonde), a Trumbower Normally-patterned Axanthic, and a champagne-colored Blonde, all hatched in the same clutch last fall.

Their colors are so striking, I keep them in three adjacent rack drawers so that I can see them all next to each other at feeding/cleaning/watering time.

They're all Het Axanthic and Blonde (if they're not already homozygous for it) and 66% possible Het for Snow Blonde.

It's hard to see the Blonde's colors in these photos, but he has a light peachy/pink hue blended in with his pale yellow.

Thanks for looking!
