I would sue here for deceptive tread practices ! And stand out in front of here store just off here property with signs telling every one what type of person she is . The one thing she cares about is here pocket book so see how much you can hurt it , and the way to do that is to see how much you can take out of it !!!Sorry to hear that she has deserved you again , I so hope you can get your rat back although I don’t think you will as I think she is just jerking you around .
