Collapsed egg?

Hello all,
I have one egg left in the incubator from my clutch; up until Tuesday or so last week it was enormous and had begun "sweating". It then collapsed on Tuesday night and hasnt changed since. The conditions of the incubator are still the same, and it is still humid. Any ideas why this has happened/what this means? On the Tuesday it would have been at 84 days. The other egg hatched at 78 days.
