Sharp and Kahl?

DarkFaery8 May 26, 2008 10:37 AM

I've noticed that the sharp line tends to be more expensive. What is the difference between these two lines? Also, are they compatible? I've read a few posts that hint at the fact that they don't but I want to make sure I have my facts straight. Thanks!

They are not compatible. Alot hasnt been done with the Sharp line as it is "newer" than the Khal line. If you wanted to get into Albino projects go with what you like but Sharps will be higher for a bit if your looking at value. Plus the only sharp designers we have seen are Snows (cant remember but possibly Moonglows too), Sunglows, and the Bloody Sharp Albino. There is still tons to do. I know there are Jungles het Sharp and also Tracy produced the DH Sharp x VPI Caramel.

the two lines are not compatible.

the Sharps have a few things going for them... they tend to retain color throughout adulthood (and even gain some), where the Kahls can lose some.

also, there are just flat out not as many Sharp strain albinos as there are Kahls.

That's the short-short answer!
