Hey all, I was wondering why or why not, to feed earth worms to them?
Any answers appreciated.

Earthworms can contain parasites and should not be fed frequently to bearded dragons. As an occasional treat they are fine as long as they are from a supplier who raises them especially as feeder insects and NOT as fish bait.

Catching your own I wouldn't recommend to use, as they can be full of insecticides, fertilizer and other chemicals added to the ground or plants in the area they have been found.

I haven't heard of any real benefit to feeding earth worms...other than it provides a bit of variety, if feed only occasionally (maybe once a month at the most). As there are much more safer insects to offer, I would recommend using them instead. Other good insects that can be fed frequently are: crickets, silkworms, butterworms, hornworms, superworms, phoenix worms, some species of roaches.
