That little guy looks kind of thin... You should be feeding him pinkies and insects and forget the scrambled eggs... Egg whites are bad for him period....egg yolks are okay but he probably won't eat it. Mine won't touch the stuff.
i just got this guy not too long ago, he is kinda skinny, i'v been feeding him crickets, meal worms and canned monitor food. hes only about 4 inches snout to vent can he eat pinkies? also how often should he eat them. and sum 1 else told me chicken eggs and wild birds eggs r bad but pet bird eggs r ok, but i dont think i'll try.
ps hes kinda green, whats that?
If its a healthy monitor you can feed it scrambled eggs, or whole fertilized quail eggs. I wouldn't do it more than once a month or anything. My sav was only 6" s-t length, and she was eating fuzzies. So they can pack it down if they want it. Just make sure its nice and hot.

I've never seen a a monitor that refused eggs!
Nope.. neither.. He just won't eat eggs... He's a Bosc monitor.. the one I just posted pics of.. *shrugs* I know another person who has 2 Bosc's who won't touch eggs either. I thought it was odd too.. but.. I've tried numerous times to get him to eat them.. No go..
