>>Can a snake get poison ivy from a person?
Poison Ivy is a plant although its not truely Ivy. Regardless it produces a skin iritant "urushiol" that produces a rash technically known as "urushiol-induced contact dermatitis". This dermatitis is an allergic reaction to the "urushiol", and is know as Anaphylaxis which is a Type I hypersensitivity reaction found only in mammals.
So no the reaction can't be transmitted to your reptile, you can give them the plant but why would you want to.

Thank you. No I don't plan on giving them the plant, lol. I just had an allergic reaction and didnt want to "share" with them. Thanks again
The only way that poison ivy can be transfered is if the oils are present on the skin, however I believe that a snakes scales are non porous and probably not absorb the oils. However I do tend to disagree with my self quite often.
