The vet was great, she "popped" the bigger one, and pus drained out. The other one was too small.

Her diagnosis was that 2 of the mite "bites" got infected.

She set him up with antibiotics and "metacam" to relieve his pain.

Sky is already calming down, and is expected to be fully recovered in about 2 weeks.

6 different vet techs had to come in to the exam room, they never seen a blue garter snake before.

Thats great to here, and I'm glad you took Sky to see a Vet., a good one can certainly work their "magic", thats why they get paid the big bucks. At one time I thought I wanted to go to Vet. school but then I changed my mind...God I'm an idiot!!!

Those blisters are going down fast. This antibiotic works awesome. The little guy seems a lot calmer but that may just be his snake vicodin doing it's job
