new to breeding

I'm interested in starting to breed corn snakes. However, I don't want to breed them and have so many babies that I'm up (naughty word) creek without a paddle. How many snakes are recommended to breed the first time? How can I properly plan ahead for the babies? I have plenty of these plastic bins that would be perfect for housing hatchlings. I just don't know who or where to sell the babies.

I breed for a hobby, there is a small pet shop close to me and they normally give me store credit for the babies I hatch. It helps his parents own a shop too so they split the babies. with 1.2 I produced 30-35 babies the first year.
