If you put them back in their regular quarters just after the meal gets pushed down into their belly, and do it fairly quickly without messing around and holding it, they will do just fine.
It's usually a while later after a meal when a nervous snake is all coiled up and situated afterwards that being disturbed and handled again might cause regurgitation. If you just place it back gently and quickly, it won't have enough time to get all upset and worked-up.
Now just to clarify this, it is indeed always a good idea to wait two days after a meal before handling a snake, but that would be "re-disturbing" them after they got situated and comfortable after their meal.
