Anyone heard this one before??

Ryan Shackleton May 30, 2008 11:57 PM

My wife's boss likes to tell funny stories, she came home and said the following was tonight's story(of course he insists it's true, and for obvious reasons all here will know better).
Shortened version

According to him, a lady was waterskiing, and swallowed some water. Over the course of months, sne kept losing weight no matter how much she ate. Her stomach was expanding as if she was pregnant, and she was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. Turns out she had swallowed a water moccasin EGG and it hatched inside her body, and lived on whatever she swallowed.
My questions are
1. Where do they come up with this?
2. Anyone have a link to the story?
3. This is better than the 9 foot rattlesnake!

And some of the people who tell and swear by stories like this are 'supposedly' intelligent people.

Sounds like its time to add a little chlorine to the gene pool.

my great aunt was once chased down a hill by a hoop snake. it bit it's tail and turned itself into a giant hoop and rolled after her. she barely escaped.

sorry to hear about the woman who discovered the rare egg-laying moccasin. that's just tragic.
