While a white belly is associated as part of the suite of characteristics inherent in several morphs, it is also extremely common in normal balls as well. Yours appears to be an attractive, but normal, ball.

I would call a "fancy" ball python an opinion ball python. Fancy balls are just prettier or attractive normal-type ball pythons -- maybe it's a pretty shade in their color, or a crazy looking pattern, or a different type of head.

So basically, a "fancy" is a normal snake that has something that catches your eye, and you'll never know if there's something to it or if it's genetic till you find out for yourself.

Hope that helps. I mean, I could be wrong, its just my opinion
