x-mas tonight

Doug Beckwith and I just got back from Luna Vista.Arrived at sunset 97 degrees little wind.One atrox on arrival and two longnose a little later.The Galvans saw a Bogey.Rick and his wife hadn't seen any thing as of yet.Long story short,we left for Alpine about 11:00 .There was mud on the big cut on North hill east[x-mas].You guys Know which one.Be a miracle if one was observed tonight.

Mud doesn't matter. I found one at 4 AM on that cut with 12 inches of mud - straight down.

We had intended on going to the Gap but got a late start.I remember you showing me and the wife a wren w/an egg in back of a lttle hole on that same cut.Don't know how you saw that but it was cool.

I was positive that something was going to crawl in there and eat that egg. Like the snake I saw about 15 feet away in another hole.
