My caramel babies are hatching. They're my first BP breeding attempt. Need advice on how to get them to feed. Especially if they are smaller. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A few days after their shed I would offer them pinky rats.
They will probably eat mice if you give them a chance, but I would start them on rats. Most people that are buying ball pythons want rat eaters. If and only if they do not take rats within the first month then I would go ahead and try mice. If you do end up feeding mice switch them over to rats as soon as posssible especially the females. Hopper mice are a good size to start off with.
Good luck

or in individual container (when not feeding)? How warm should they're hot spot be? Thank you for your help.
Most breeders keep thier babies in seperate containers.
The hot spot should be between 87 to 90 degrees.
Good luck

We keep our babies in seperate 6qt tubs and they are offered a meal after they shed once. We start all babbies on rat hoppers and then switch to rats. a hide is very helpful to get babies feeding. We keep them on a rack with 4in heat tape 90 degree hot spot. Problem feeders are kept in the incubator in a tub filled with crumpled news paper.
