Strange behavior

mofo2323 May 31, 2008 04:55 PM

My leo is showing some strange behavior...I was watching him today and after he 'used the bathroom' he walked halfway across his enclosure and started to lick/bite his rectum (not sure if thats what ya call it in leo terms). Anyone know what this could be and what i can do? Thanks in advance.

Actually it's not uncommon. Males tend to clean themselves after "using the bathroom" and also after mating. No need to be worried.
