The Mid-Atlantic Reptile Show is coming up again, September 13&14, and I'm ready to stock up! It's a captive bred only show, and there's lots of educational material as well. At least one seminar will be by a senior herpetologist at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. The really good part is that show proceeds from admission are donated to purchase and protect rainforest and critical habitat.

There's a rumor that David Lee of the Tortoise Reserve will also be speaking, but I haven't been able to confirm that.
So far, the MID-ATLANTIC REPTILE SHOW has protected
2,734 acres of critical habitat to date (in its 11th year).
