I don't know if you remember that I was on the forum for many years.BRG.The loss of my most recent monitor actually made me give up after nearly 20 years. You are the best and also know a good old friend of mine Scott Stahl says you are the best.I love these reptiles and I'm not sure if I should do this again or give up.I love reptiles and could never be FR but my heart is in the right plaace.I just love having these as great buddies not breeding them.(That's your forte). Thanks for any input and I expect your much deserved honesty.

Sorry about your loss. It hurts, just my two cents as I heard these have a great commitment level as you probably know better than me, but losing animals takes time. You will get one when you are ready and have no questions. No rush, they will always be around and you will see one at a show and know its time to get back in the game. Sorry again, and sorry I chimed in.

Hi, I remember you. Sorry for your loss. I think you should keep going and get another, that is, if you still love them.

While we are young, our animals live and die. Many years ago, a reptile breeder from the NW
(Ernie Wagner), and I, had a conversation about the time we hatch reptiles that will outlive us. That time will come too.

All you can do is keep going. Obviously you care, and more monitors need to be kept by those who care. FR

I remember you too, of course. I'm not going to be as diplomatic as FR though. Do you give up other things when you experience hardship? Life is difficult and full of pain but if we let that stop us we'd never do anything, you know, like get married or have kids or make friends. Now don't be such a pus*&y and start searching the classifieds. You're missing a lot of fun.
