OK folks I've desided on getting 36" AP cages for my Jungles which are of a line that tops out at 4.5 - 5'. Here's the question, is this big enough to keep a sexed pair together year round. Leaning towards 24" high version if kept communally, if not I'm going with the 15" high version. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Get the largest cages that you can afford and have room for. Most people will tell you to house them separately and just putting them together during breeding season.
