Just some random pics

AbsoluteApril Jun 06, 2008 02:54 PM

I recently moved and thought I’d share a couple pics… I don’t have anything fancy or lavish but I do enjoy my small collection.

Bacon (hog isle) wasn’t too thrilled with being moved:

LemonDrop woke up to take a peak at me this morning. I just snapped the pics in the cages so I could let everyone settle in.

Velvet was looking especially nice this morning.

TGIF! Congrats again to all the people that have been having such fantastic litters lately!

Velvet is a screamer! did you produce that one?

Thanks! She is Zahara's daughter (high pink normal) and the dad was a hypo harlequin.

When she's old enough, she'll get a date with her brother Redboy for some F2s.

April:

Velvet is very very clean. Do you still have her parents??

Nice Boaphile set up. I'm thinking of getting some soon.

Happy TGIF to you too Lady.

Hi Brian,

I'm pretty happy with my boaphiles, I've had these for 6 years now and they've held up well... been through 4 moves with me during that time including out to vegas and back. I use kind of heavy water bowls and I noiced in the stack of 5 that the bottom cage starts to bow a little/door sticks.

I still have the mother of the litter Velvet was in, she's my pride Zahara. (that pic below is when she was gravid) The male was on loan from Tim/Rainshadow/harlequin.net, he was a very nice hypo harli with a fully striped tail. This year, Zahara will be matched up with an albino I produced in 2003.
Have a wonderful Monday!

If you claim to not have anything fancy or lavish, You're going to have to send Velvet my way cause I think she's v ery fancy and lavish!!!!!

Nice pics, and you need to go and appologise not only to Velvet but all the others as well, each is special enough to have a nice person caring for them!!!!!

TGIF to you as well, heading home soon to check out my tiny little four baby litter.....again!!!!

you got it, apologies given!

Velvet almost didn't make it into my keeper list, but I'm pretty glad I decided to now. I'm hoping she turns out a lot like her momma.

Take care,
April

Thanks Ken!

Velvet was born right here from my high-pink female Zahara bred to a hypo harli on loan from Tim/Rainshadow. She is one of 4 that I kept from that litter (the other 3 I kept are hypos).
This was what the entire litter looked like below. I am jazzed about how they are turning out as they grow up.
