I use them on most all my collareds, only a few that have come to me through adoption that had names already or KONG, because he was just a huge monster of a guy when I got him years ago.
Most collareds come from locales that Indians once or still are living. I have always admired the American indians for their love and respect of nature/animals. Even the ones they killed were all used for their needs, and they gave thanks to the animal. They have bonds to the wolves, horses and bear and so forth.
I have from a child loved the painted/or pinto horse you so often see in pictures / movies that the indians kept. And another thing, lol personal, I loved the squaws hair as a kid, and to this very day I have waist length dark hair
I use either tribal names, locales, rivers named for them, or indian words. I have found and done much investagation, hehehhee to find them, different ones that appeal to me and seem to fit each lizards, The new yellows, all will be named with words that mean wolf.
One of the big new yellers is named Tamaska ( strong wolf) then the little ones named Mohegan and Ho'nehe meaning wolf in different Indian tribal languge.
There ya have it.
