sent pics away to many of the big breeders.....they all seem to think that it is an img...maybe one day it will prove out somewhere by somebody

what gets me is when balls , be it normal color or like this pastel...start to lose their yellow..it's called IMG
IMG would be increased black and not reduced yellow,,,or RXG
not picking on you or anything,,,but,,,this is what they call them.....odd to me....

what features distinguishes it as an IMG?.....i was told that because it gets lighter and whiter with each shed...is that not correct?

IMG is Increasing Melanon Gene, they get darker as they grow. Other than that, I know nothing about them.
