What it's all about...

voodoomagik Jun 07, 2008 08:13 PM

Sometimes with the regular job and the just as many hours a week cleaning and feeding and cleaning and feeding which HAS to take a priority, you lose the time to stop and PLAY with them. THAT is what it's all about. THAT'S why we started keeping them in the first place, right?
So, I've promised myself at least 15 minutes with this little guy, but I figured I'd snap a few pics while I was in there beforehand.
This is a little sunglow male born here on 4-30 after 4-5 meals and 2 sheds.
Hope you like him!
Aaron

Aaron:

What a beautiful sunglow.

I love his pattern, even down to his head.

Congratulations on producing such a beauty.

I really appreciate the support.
The dad was an albino and the mom was a dh sunglow.
Nothing amazing going on here. Just good luck or some good karma.
Here are the parents and I’ll repost all 6 sunglows for you to check out.
Thanks again, Dave and Lar.
You guys going to Daytona?

These are the first three. All of these pics are just after the first shed.
This is 1, 2 and 3 from top to bottom.

top to bottom 4-6.

Now I remember, that "DH Sunglow" explains it ! Look at
that rich saddle color , the base color is nothing to
sneeze at either !
Yes and the one you posted above is #5 in this second
line up. He is hands down the standout. Next choice would
be #3, #1 or #4. Although a person would not go wrong
with any of them sweet !

One thing I noticed was that all the DHs were really light already. I can only imagine what they’ll turn into after a few more sheds.
Here are 3 out of 4 after their first shed.
From top to bottom this is 3, 4 and 1.
Thanks again, Dave and Lar!
