Psycho Corn

volkmann59 Jun 07, 2008 11:03 PM

I have an snow corn thats about 1.2 yrs old, 4 ft. long, and is typical in that it's never struck or bit me. But tonight due to it's voracius feeding response caught me with a slight bite. I move my two corns into a feeding bin. This happened when I grabbed it from it's enclosure. I mean it just tensed up and all when I grab it. Is this something others have seen with older corns? Curious about others experiences. Thanks for the input.

how old was your corn again?? the post said 1.2 years... My oldest is about 15 years old... she was a rescue and hasnt been 100% friendly... i thin the reason why shes getting so upset lately is b/c she is starting to get cataracts.... but i still love her as for all the rest of my corns... they are all fine.... all have their own personalities but i pretty much just get bitten at feeding time when i have the smell of food on me
heres Gertrude... you can see her cataracts.... :

thanks for looking
