Here we are at P.O.S. plus 110

After our litter on 4/24, we had three sluggers drop. We had fully expected these results (I hate being right - better to be wrong like Jeff....and Dave....LOL) so it wasn't too much of a letdown, though the cleanup is much more of a chore when there are no new babies to ogle and jump around excitedly about.

Our next girl up to the plate got the memo, followed all the instructions, and has been looking great exactly as she should, but she's holding out on us and it's driving us crazy! At 110 days after post-ov shed, you can see the nice scale separation in her lower third that starts at the right edge of the photo. She was bred by one of our best Groovy-line coral albinos, so we are hoping for some really special coral sunglows from her. Any time now.....ANY TIME!!!!!

Steve:

Sorry to hear about your slug outs.

I hope the sunglows from this breeding come out as nice as anticipated.

Good luck.

Guess she didn't read all the fine print on the "memo" ???

lol, better longer than shorter, at least that's more likely to have full term healthy babies!!!!!

Ya, apparently she didn't get all the way through the final chapter - LOL! But you're right, definitely better late than early!
