Dent in eggs

gypsy1dragon Jun 08, 2008 05:24 PM

A couple of days ago I noticed a couple of eggs had a small dent in them. I remoistened the covering moss. The next day all the eggs were nice and smooth again. Is this a normal occurrence?

Yes. They dent went they lose internal moisture. Raising humidity will allow them to regain moisture.

It's also not uncommon for eggs to dent shortly before hatching.
