we use industrial quality thermos for all of our caging, heat tape, and incubation thermo needs.
we used Rancos for a few years, but we have since switched over to the Johnson Control units. i have never had so much as a hiccup out of either brand.
Johnson Control thermos info is available at our site, or here for sale on the classifieds.

we are fully staffed, but i can tell you this, Colorado is a terrific place to live : )
winters are relatively mild, especially Denver/Co Springs/Boulder areas and summers are really gorgeous : )
