i just started storing frozen mice in my freezer, cause its cheaper and more convenient !

my question is is it OK to store the mice in the freezer with frozen meat and other household foods ? they're in a ziploc container !

I store my frozen rats in the freezer also. Have done so for three years and never had a problem. You should be fine.

I read on the feeder forum one time that you should make sure you are keeping the mice in a FREEZER bag. Not just a regular sandwich bag. Here is exactly what the guy said:
: 2) Make sure they are "wrapped" in ziploc (not name brand, but type) FREEZER bags. Regular refrigerator/sandwhich bags are not the same. The chemical composition is different between freezer bags and "sandwhich" bags. Sandwhich bags allow much greater transfer of air and moisture causing freezer burn. Use Freezer bags!
Take it for what its worth but i just thought id share.
