I've been looking at getting some amazonicus this spring, but i have a few questions. first how rare are they in the hobby? And is 100 dollars a froglet a good deal? From the pictures i have seen they basicaly look like red or orange vents, can some one post a good pic of them.

thanks in advance

Why not just get some Vents, you can find them for $45-60 each, and they should be easy to find.

Amazonicus is a red subspecies of vent (check out Tor Linbos site at the link below). Not really that rare in the hobby. Just not alot of people offering them out there. I'd probably pay 100 - is it the cheapest - probably not.
