Hi i know i posted about my hatchling growth rates already but i am really starting to get worried. They all started off at 7 grams and now 3 weeks later one of them is 8 grams and the other two are still 7 grams. I am doing everything right. Feeding them the same foods as adults but chopped up a lot smaller, putting calcuim on their food 3 times a week, and feeding each hatchling 3 wax worms per week. I know i am feeding them the right veggies, and i know they definatly ate some adult poo. What is happening, i went on some websites and they said within 2 weeks their hatchlings doubled their weight. I am starting to think that my female actually double clutched this year. I think they ranched her and got a clutch out if her and then she laid a clutch with me. Because she was very skinny when i got her, and she only laid 6 fertile eggs with me. I am not sure this is just a guess. Anyway, my hatchlings seem very healthy, they constantly run around their 30 gallon tank, they glass dance and they actually seem a little longer. They are nice and fat but they grew a little longer and got a little skinier. But i can tell thier tails are definatly a lot thicker. They are all give or take 4 inches STL. Is that ok for a 3 week old hatchling??
