aggression

justinmatthew Sep 01, 2003 01:39 PM

I have a bd that is roughly three months old, and has an aggressive temperment. When I try to pick it up, it hisses and bites, and quickly scurrys away. I need advice on how to correct this behavior. I can't hold it because it is quick and tries to run away, not to mention the frequent biting. I have been trying to let it eat out of my hand, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Thank you in advance.
Justin

hey just hang in there most go throught that at exactly that age and for a few more months, mine used to be like that but worst, it would hold its ground there was no running away it would open its mouth and jump to try to bite me, but i never let it bite me, i'm too smart i hope u are too i don't see how anybody could get bit , and now mine is like a year old now and as tame as a dog, its stayed like that for a few months, once they get older they get very tame and a lil lazy, just keep handling it but never let it bite u, in a month or less or more it'll come around they're all different but it'll come around and get very tame u'll see
