Doug they were all a mess, you can see they appear to have been bit in half?ive heard of snakes eatting eggs i thought they would just swallow them?
she still constricted when i cleaned them out ,and was in post lay euphoria
she was in a rack with an eastern king above and a big brooks below her

That's the most bizarre thing I've ever heard of!.....I could certainly understand her wanting to EAT them, as they are typically extremely hungry and immaciated to some degree, but to just bite and tear them all in half, is just mind-blowing.

I'm even having trouble picturing just how she might have done this,.....I wonder if she did it to each egg as it emerged from her cloaca,....this seems like it might have given her the needed leverage and grip to do this.....hmmmm,.....that's just plain "WHACKO"

If you try breeding her again in the future, you might try keeping her FAR away from the kings, and offer her a lot of smaller meals, such as fuzzies/hoppers to sustain her, which may help to keep her from later being so hungry that she wants to chew her eggs,.....hopefully that is!

best regards, ~Doug
