great plains and broad headed skinks

Hi all.My step dads work has a great plains skink or broad headed skink running around there work.how do you keep one of these skinks in captibity.I need all the info you can give me.I am wondering because his boss is worried about it bothering people.I know it wont but she doesnt believe me so me and my sep dad are going to catch it before she gets someone to kill it.thanks for your time
