build up of 'funk' in your dragon's eye could mean an infection, irritation or other problem in the eye. Self medicating is not recommended, best thing to do is take him to a vet. If its just one eye, then it could be an infection or irritant that managed to get into the eye and isn't coming out via normal 'tearing'.
To give more advise, or to at least give a better guess as to the cause...will need to know your dragon's setup, what sort of lights and heating he has, substrate etc. in the end, bringing him to a qualified vet is always a good solution.

she is in a 55 gallon I keep her on papere towels she has a 100 watt bulbe on one side and a U.V.B 10 in the middle she lays around like a lump of sh-t she is unlike any of my others when it comes to food she acts as if nothing wrong she eats great and is growing very well but all she does is lay there and looks like she is sleeping all day unless its feeding time -WEIRD- its like a tear in her eye but if I dont clean it out it turns to pus
Is your UVB 10.0 a compact flourescent bulb? If it is you need to stop using it.
I use mega ray its not the lights
If there is actual pus coming out of his eye, then its an infection, and you will need to take him to a qualified reptile vet for proper diagnosis and treatment. So the best advice I can give you is bring him to a vet as soon as possible.

there is still no mention of temps. wattage is irrelevant, what matters is temps actually produced.
i would bet $1 it is a temperature and husbandry issue. easily remedied, if you know how to provide a good setup.

I'd be willing to bet $2 its basking temp related.
up to 3 bucks now.
wait, we are betting on the same thing : )
LOTS of folks post about various health issues, yet don't post details of setup, especially temps. suggestions are given out, including meds, vet visits, or drastic measures, like force feeding.
99.9% of these types of problems can be easily addressed with proper cage setup, a proper temperature gradient, including a proper basking spot with a terrific temp.
you must give the lizards the tools they need to thrive. with substandard temps, the animals drag and drag and drag, before finally succumbing to poor husbandry.
when specific details, crucial details like temps, are not given in a "what's wrong with my lizard" post, the problem isn't so much the lizard as the keeper and the ignorance of proper husbandry. ignorance is the lack of knowledge. the knowledge is available, and it doesn't include magic elixirs or force feeding.
great temps, a great setup, best of luck.
