I want to replace my old glass tanks with shelving that looks like part of the house (a wooden dresser, metal filing cabinet or plastic storage shelves). Does anyone have experience converting these or is there a source that makes housing in a style like this? Most dresser-like wooden shelves are not sealed in the back and snakes could escape. Making air vents seems easy enough. I'd have to take them out daily but am still concerned about the reduced space and light (although I know many breeders use plastic shelving with similar conditions). Any suggestions?
