Wow!,.....those seem to be a little under-developed, or even under-done!,...I think they should have been incubated a little longer..

I think you need to candle them to check for fertility.
that is what I call substrate free incubation. $100 if you can get those to hatch!

My substrate for those eggs would be crumbled bacon and just enough bacon grease to keep them from dessicating.
