has mites in his eyes

vet's closed today but anything i can do meanwhile?? my collared liz has mites in his eyes and he wont open them.. only thing ive done is rinsed them with water.. need help asap

Try Provent-a-mite. A few years ago I had a mite problem that I could not get rid of. I took the basking rocks out of the cage and sprayed them and let them dry. Put them back in the cage and that was the last time I ever saw mites again.
