I am pretty sure it is a Juvi western Fox but I just want to make sure ..

That's EXACTLY what that looks like to me as well,.... high blotch count, unified head coloration, etc...
However, some Fox Snake experts that have owned and bred numerous foxes have stated that many times without locality data, it can sometimes be virtually impossible to tell the two apart, as they can many times resemble each other. But it certainly "looks" western for sure.

I live in Kane County in Illinois .. The online Guide says western ... It was just unsure cause the Juvi resembles the prairie king pretty close..
The Fox Snake here is the Western Fox..

Definitely not a prairie king. The slab-sided shape (like a loaf of bread) and slightly indented neck put it firmly in the ratsnake group, and the pattern and heavy build ID it as a fox.
Kings are more cylindrical, glossier, and have no discernible neck unless emaciated. Also, prairie kings tend to have much smaller and redder spots.
