this is the second hatchling, so far 6 have shed and ate in the last 24 hours.

Couple more weeks on my first clutch. One of the ones I thought was slug has plumped up, so it looks like 7 good eggs in the first clutch. All 22 from the second clutch still look good!

cool, you'll have so many babies! I'm glad that my first try at breeding has gone so well so far. And even the two hatchlings that came out of the egg with a bit of yolk attached have shed and eaten now, no-one has needed any coaxing to eat either. one i just dropped the mouse in and walked away, came back about 2 minutes later and it was halfway down the snake already
(they got their mommy's appetite)
