Heres a couple pics showing how BIG KONG is compared to a couple other adult lizards and one yearling. He's a GRAND ole Boy, and quite the Mascot for many years now of the reptile room, lol, they are all so colorful together.

my first reaction when i saw these pictures was literally holy S**T!!! LOL!!! hes huge!!! you should change his name to Haulk!!! hes a green mean fighting machine!!!. any way hes really cool looking. very colorful!! but hes a big MoFo!!!

1.1 firebelly toads
1 baby emperor scorpion (ceasar "caligula" )
( if you know what caligula means you'll get it)
4 dogs (groucho charles bugs Gracie)

And gorgeous! Have you had him since he was a baby?

Ya know, all of those recovering male Easterns that I have are so sweet! They get along great with each other, and they lick my hand, look me right in the eye, and saunter right up my arm! They really are special critters, aren't they?

Yep, collareds are pretty neat lizards, very docile , most of them when handled. Hahahhaa on the licking, I always like to think mine are licking me too, even though they tongue flick everything in their environment to check it out, lol.

As far as if I had KONG from a baby , no , he was a wild caught, given to me as a gift by my good buddy "Sockhead" (Johneee Eddington) over 5 years ago maybe, something like that. Johneee didn't like his battle scars on his face, so he sent him to me in one of his big stinky socks, LMAO I opened the sock and put my hand down in and pulled out a monster of a lizard ( And he grabbed onto my finger and held on tight.)
Blood all over the place, hehehehe. BUT... I was in love,,,, he was magnificent and we established a bond over the years as much as ya can with a big ole lizard. he got run of the reptile room and did pretty much of what he wanted to all these years. SPOILED rotton lizard is what he is.

Sorry if you had wanted those awful things, My husband beat them to death and we sealed them in a plastic bag and tossed them in the garbage truck on trash day years ago. if ya need SOCKS Johneee , I will buy ya some, don't go barefoot, ROFLMAO

Dang, Kong is huge! I'd like to see him on a familiar object, like a dollar bill. I think that is the only way I will ever really get how big he is.

Is Hobbs the one one the left? He's getting some very nice color.

hhahahaha, Well I have not really ever weighted him but yeah he's closer to 16 inches. When ya hold KONG you know ya have a hefter in your hands
